European Disability Employment Week (SEEPH) celebrates its 30th edition from 16-22 November 2026, with the theme 'Demystify, simplify, support — Employment for all.' Organised by LADAPT, Agefiph, and FIPHFP, the week centres on DuoDay (19 November), when companies across France, Belgium, Sweden, and the Netherlands welcome a disabled person for a day, paired with a volunteer employee. Registration is already open via the DuoDay platform. The week also includes the H-Games inter-company competition via the United Heroes app, where employee activities unlock donations to the Fédération Française Handisport. For employers, SEEPH provides a concrete, low-barrier entry point to disability inclusion: DuoDay pairings often lead to internships or job offers. With France's disability unemployment rate at 11.5% (vs 8.1% general) and nearly a third of obligated companies employing zero disabled workers, employer participation has never been more critical.

On 1 October 2026, France's flagship inclusive employment event Inclusiv'Day celebrated its 10th anniversary at the Palais des Congrès in Paris with 6,000 participants, 280 speakers, 200 partners, and 120 sessions. Under the theme 'La force de l'engagement' (The power of commitment), the event convened senior government officials including Camille Galliard-Minier (Minister for Autonomy and Disabled Persons), Jean-Pierre Farandou (Minister for Labour), and leaders from Medef, Apec, and Agefiph. Sessions covered disability and employment performance, neurodevelopmental disorders (TND), mental health at work, digital accessibility, and AI. The event highlighted the growing role of 'référents handicap' — dedicated disability coordinators within companies — whose missions are being formalised via a forthcoming decree. In parallel, Hello Handicap, France's largest digital recruitment fair for disabled workers, runs 20–23 October 2026 with 130 employers, 20,000 job offers and a track record of 1 in 2 candidates receiving follow-up after interview.
