InkludX is operated by INKLUDX AS (org. no. 938 482 942), Holmenveien 54, 0376 Oslo, Norway, a private limited company registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

  • Job matching and application services
  • Knowledge base and resources
  • Employer tools for inclusive hiring
  • Onboarding program support
  • Employer certification, assessment reports and draft equality reports

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using InkludX agree to post only legitimate job opportunities and to comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination legislation. Job postings must accurately represent the position, requirements, and offered accommodations.

6. Certification

  • What certification is. Certification assesses an employer's inclusive practices based on the employer's own answers in the self-assessment. Before a level from 2 (Active) is awarded, the InkludX team reviews the answers and the documentation the employer provides. The review is not an inspection of the workplace, and certification is not an assessment of whether the employer complies with the law.
  • The employer's duties. The employer must give correct and complete information, provide documentation when we ask for it, and tell us about significant changes during the period of validity.
  • Use of the mark. The certification mark may only be used for the level awarded, during its period of validity, and not in a way that suggests more than it covers. Level 1 (Self-assessed) does not give the right to use the mark and is not shown publicly.
  • Suspension and withdrawal. We may suspend or withdraw a certificate if the information turns out to be incorrect, the mark is misused, or these terms are otherwise seriously breached. We will notify the employer and give them the opportunity to respond first.

7. Draft reports, country summaries and AI-generated content

  • Draft reports are generated from the employer's own answers. The employer is responsible for the content, for completing and checking it, and for publishing or filing it. We do not check that the answers are correct.
  • Country summaries are short summaries of rules, checked against official sources on the date shown with each summary. They do not cover every situation, may become out of date, and are not legal advice.
  • Recommendations marked as AI-generated are general suggestions created automatically. They are not advice tailored to the organisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on InkludX, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of InkludX or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. The service as provided

We provide InkludX as it is and work to keep it available, secure and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We do not guarantee employment outcomes for job seekers or hiring results for employers.

10. Liability

  • Businesses. We are liable for direct loss caused by our negligence, limited in total to the amount the business has paid us in the 12 months before the loss arose. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, or for loss resulting from the business's own information, assessments or reports. These limits do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • Consumers. These terms do not limit the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

11. Changes to the terms

We will notify users by email or in the platform at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Changes to the certification terms must be accepted again before the next application or renewal.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes with businesses are settled by Oslo District Court. Consumers keep the protection they have under the law where they live.

13. Language versions

These terms are written in English and translated into other languages. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
