Arbeitgeber, die ihre Beschäftigungspflicht nicht erfüllen, müssen 2026 erstmals die erhöhten Sätze der Ausgleichsabgabe zahlen – bis zu 815 Euro monatlich pro unbesetztem Pflichtplatz. Die Staffelbeträge wurden zum 1. Januar 2025 angehoben.

Arbeitgeber, die ihre gesetzliche Beschäftigungspflicht nicht erfüllen, zahlen 2026 erstmals die erhöhten Sätze der Ausgleichsabgabe – in der höchsten Stufe 815 Euro pro Monat und unbesetztem Pflichtplatz. Betriebe ab 20 Arbeitsplätzen müssen 5 % ihrer Stellen mit schwerbehinderten Menschen besetzen.
