Job Period: 15. April 2027 -- 30. September 2027 We are looking for an experienced cook for our golf club for the summer season of 2027! You should have solid experience in North and South Indian cuisine, as well as expertise in tandoori dishes. We are seeking someone who can contribute to our varied menu, including café food such as wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies. Responsibilities: • Prepare North and South Indian dishes, South Indian street food, also specializing in tandoori cuisine • Make café food like wraps, sandwiches, smoothies, and Indian snacks • Manage the kitchen, including inventory, hygiene, and daily routines • Take orders, cook, and occasionally serve guests • Follow guidelines for food preparation and serving Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in North and South Indian cuisine, particularly tandoori dishes • Experience with Indian snacks and small dishes • Background in catering and customer service • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independentl…
