Who we are Founded on the belief that a country’s natural resources belong to its citizens, the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) brings together governments, civil society and companies to improve natural resource governance. With over 50 member countries and 60 supporting companies , the EITI promotes transparency, accountability and informed policymaking in the extractive sector. Behind this ambitious and impactful organisation is a diverse and dynamic team of experts working together to advance the EITI mission .
