Motopp IT Traineeship - 7 December 2026 Looking to start your IT career in the Netherlands as a refugee? The Motopp IT Traineeship offers a 6-month program with training and mentorship, preparing you for full-time roles at top companies like PwC, Rabobank, Alliander, Achmea and many others. Start your IT-career with Motopp Over the course of 29 weeks, you will prepare, together with eleven other trainees, for a career in the Dutch IT sector. How? Through a combination of technical IT skills training, insights into Dutch work culture, and workshops to develop essential soft skills. You will learn software development, gain an understanding of how the workplace operates in the Netherlands, and participate in sessions on topics such as presenting, assertiveness, and teamwork.
