InkludX was founded with a simple but powerful observation: millions of talented individuals are systematically excluded from the workforce—not because they lack skills or motivation, but because traditional employment systems weren't designed with them in mind.
We saw people with disabilities facing inaccessible application processes. Neurodivergent individuals struggling with interview formats that don't showcase their abilities. Refugees with valuable skills unable to navigate unfamiliar job markets. Older workers dismissed despite decades of experience.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we set out to build the world's most comprehensive knowledge base on effective inclusion strategies—drawing from research, employer experiences, and the voices of excluded communities themselves.
